|Recommended: NoNoisey.. kids running around everywhere, no parents watching over them at all. I’ll beep because they are in the middle of the road and they give me dirty looks. Pool wasn’t enjoyable because the kids don’t know how to act. Oh and the weekends are the worst, people are loud and the next day there’s trash and food on the floor.. I’ve seen eaten chicken wings on the floor. about 2 days ago it was 5 am, cops, fire truck ambulance were outside my building. I don’t feel safe here. They let anybodyyy live here

|Recommended: NoThis place doesn’t do equal rent bases on apartments with same amount of bedrooms. People who first move bed here pay more than newest renters because rent is high here and units not being rented. There are constant teen kids all around unattended and disrespectful. They harass tenants and continually break things, pool, pool toilets, fitness room. The worst is being bullied, cursed and insulted by these kids. I would not recommend to anyone.

|Recommended: NoI was so happy when I moved in but after a few months they lowered the cost of apartments, that were still available.
So residents who pay more have not been allowed the same curtesy of making base rent by all current residents, but we were told “oh well, you are in a lease”. Hard enough pill that swallow to tentents that moved in a month or two prior.
Pool is open 1 2 the time but while you maybe lucky to go, it is constantly being stalked by older children without supervision, talking on their phones calling tenets using pool fowl language as the won’t leave.
Once you do leave they are at the pool after dark, as the pool does not get locked up every night at the same time, if at all. The pool when unsupervised is taken over by teenagers who smoke, disregard common rules, and are extremely rude. As a parent that works, not being able to use it on weekends after working all week, makes me wish I move. Grills are great but can’t get to them because kids.
